Refund and Cancellation Policies

The Center offers Program or Modality Packages to help you focus and stay on a particular healing path. As a Program participant, you have access to your Case Manager, generally our Nurse Practitioner. With a Modality Package, you receive a package discount.

If you should decide to purchase a package for either a Program or a Modality, we expect pre-payment at the end of the first visit. Should you wish to discontinue your package, our Refund Policy is as follows:

- If you have completed fewer than one-half of your prepaid visits, we will refund one-half of the funds remaining after calculating the non-package fees of those services that you have already received.

- If you have completed more than one-half of your package visits, you will not receive a refund but may apply the remaining balance (after re-calculating with non-package fees) to other services the Center provides.

Please note the unused balance of the package expires three months after the most recent visit.

We would appreciate your consideration for our Providers' setting aside their time for you when you need to cancel an appointment. Below is our Cancellation Policy:

- More than 2 business days prior to the appointment, no charge.

- 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the appointment, half of the expected fees.

- 1 business day (24 hours or less) prior to the appointment, expected fees in full.
