Dr. Orceyre has undergone extensive national examinations and is a board certified Naturopathic Physician and Licensed Acupuncurist.

Dr. Orceyre welcomes patients with all conditions, but her goal is to work with the patient to determine the cause of their imbalance. She sees herself as a guide and a coach, with the patient as the true healer. She uses many modalities, such as nutrition, western and Chinese herbal medicines, acupuncture, flower essences, homeopathy, qigong healing and cranio-sacral therapies; she believes fundamental healing begins with basic lifestyle changes.

Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic physicians are holistic primary care physicians, working with the full-spectrum of chronic and acute conditions. Disease is treated through the stimulation, enhancement, and support of the inherent healing power of the body. The naturopathic profession emphasizes a distinctive approach to health and healing — emerging from six principles of healing: the healing power of nature; identify and treat the cause; first do no harm; treat the whole person; physician as teacher; prevention. Chosen methods of treatment are widely varied, but respect this natural healing process.

Classical Chinese Medicine
Classical Chinese medicine is the practice of Chinese medicine as illustrated by the classics. It combines the art and science of a medicine developed over millennia with the belief in the healing power of nature, a focus on identifying the root causes of disease, and treatment of the person as a multifaceted entity. Classical Chinese medicine includes the practices of acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal therapies, gigong healing, 5 element assessments, and traditional bodywork techniques.
