Ms. Boston, a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, is certified as a women's health nurse practitioner and lactation consultant.
Since graduating in 1969, she has been involved with women as they progress through the early stages of motherhood, working as a labor and delivery nurse, an ASPO Lamaze instructor, a La Leche League Leader, and a lactation consultant.
As a nurse practitioner, Ms. Boston has provided annual gynecologic services for healthy women, pre-natal care, and family planning alternatives. She has worked in Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Japan, and the Philippines, getting to know many women, young and old, as they improve their health practices and those of their families.
Her special interests include pregnancy, lactation, and peri-menopause, partcularly, assisting women to function optimally during these normal times of transition.
