Working as partners, we help you: optimize hormone balance and minimize the impact of hormonal instability and change; maintain a healthy heart and strong bones; achieve mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.

The Healthy Aging for Women program is for women facing the challenge of menopause. Whether you are peri- or post-menopausal, we will help you determine and meet your needs and goals in a comprehensive way.

The Healthy Aging for Men program is for men who want to optimize their health from the age of 45 to 70. This program will follow your desire to have a full and vigorous life.

Phase 1
Evaluation and Assessment:

  • Hormone profiling
     
  • Endocrine functions
     
  • Heart health
     
  • Bone health
     
  • Gastrointestinal health
     
  • Physical condition
Phase 2
Develop Management Plan

  • 60 minute physician consultation
     
  • Unique - based on individual medical requirements and personal preferences
     
  • Incorporates bio-equivalent hormone replacement, diet modification, nutritional supplements, herbs, acupuncture, exercise prescription, yoga, meditation, reiki, massage and/or other treatments
Implementation and Follow Up
  • Case manager
     
  • E-mail communications, etc.
